SHIPPING POLICY
Local Orders
Once payment has been cleared, processing time of 3-5 business days is usually required for final assembly and proper packaging of your order. Once it has been dispatched it will take 2-5 working days to arrive.
International Orders
We are currently do not ship overseas. However, if you are really keen on a specific item, please reach out to us. We will try to accommodate your request. Shipping will be borne by the customer at the prevailing shipping rates. Once it is dispatched it will take an average of 4-10 weeks to arrive (extended delays are expected due to the effects of Covid-19).
All relevant customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged Items
We do our utmost best to package our works carefully so that they will reach your hands safely. Please inspect your package upon arrival.
In the case your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage together with the packaging it arrived in within 48 hours from receiving your parcel. After confirming that damage was due to inadequate packaging and not mishandling by the postal carrier, we will be happy to offer you a refund on your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Wrong Item Received

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted.
If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order.
